Growth; Universal community; Multicultural, multicolored, all ages, rooted in the greater community;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Release:\u00a0 What must I release to empower the vision?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Being right; self-blocking; what it needs to look like; the belief that NLSC is too small; I have to do it all myself (2); No one else is stepping up to do it; \u201cmy way.\u201d My love of small church; Self-blocking; my fear that I am not good enough, that I am on my own, that I am \u201cdifferent\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Embrace: What must I embrace to empower the vision?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Completeness; deeper spiritual practice and commitment; there is work I must do to embrace a larger congregation; to remain \u201copen at the top\u201d; Presence, Action, Connection\u2014in and to the wider community (\u201cprays well with others\u201d); willing to be willing; this is a place someone would enjoy\u2014perfect place for someone.
